What are the conditions you consider as qualified for a refund?

Because every product we create is personalized just for you, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or for customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling mistakes) that were approved in the final design confirmation.

The only condition we consider for a return or replacement is if the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible, your request must meet these requirements:

  1. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. You must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that shows the shipping label on the package before it is opened, as well as the defect as it is being unboxed.

Why do I need to provide an unboxing video?

The unboxing video serves as clear, verifiable proof that the item was damaged before you received it (e.g., during production or shipping). It protects both you and us. The video must show the shipping label on the sealed package to verify it's the correct order and hasn't been tampered with.

How long do I have to report a defective item?

You must contact us with your unboxing video and order number within 14 days of the delivery date. We are unable to process claims for defective items reported after this 14-day window.

What if my item arrived damaged, but I didn't take an unboxing video?

Unfortunately, we cannot process a claim for a defective item without the required unboxing video. This is a strict policy to verify that the damage occurred during shipping or production. The video, which must show the sealed package and the shipping label, is the only way to validate the claim.

Do I need to send the defective item back to you?

If your return is approved, our support team will provide you with full instructions. Please do not send any items back to us unless instructed to do so. We will guide you through the entire process.
