Thank you for choosing Master Engraver. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality, personalized product. Because every item is uniquely made for you, our policies are designed to be clear and ensure your order is created perfectly.

Shipping & Processing Policy

1. The Order Confirmation Process (Our Quality Guarantee)

Your vision is our blueprint. We will engrave exactly what you provide, whether it's a specific logo, text, or design.

To ensure 100% accuracy, we will send you a final mock-up and order confirmation via text or email. Please review this confirmation carefully. Production will only begin after you have approved the design.

2. Production & Processing Time

Once your design is confirmed, our skilled team gets to work.

  • Standard Customization: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to complete your custom engraving.
  • Larger Orders: For bulk or complex orders, processing time may be extended. We will communicate any delays with you directly.

3. Shipping Timeframes

After your custom item is engraved and has passed our quality check, it is packaged and shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (Nationwide Philippines): Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
  • Special Service (Bulacan & Pampanga): We are happy to offer an expedited service for orders shipping to Bulacan and Pampanga. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days total (this combined time includes both customization and shipping).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD only for certain amount of products
  • For bulk orders, we cannot process Cash on delivery especially if the order exceeds to 30 pieces

Our Policy on Custom Items

Return & Refund Policy

Because every product we create is personalized just for you, all sales are considered final.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or customer-provided errors in the design (e.g., spelling mistakes) that were approved during the confirmation step.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our work. We will only accept a return or issue a refund if the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide the following:

  1. A Clear Unboxing Video: You must take a single, continuous video of you opening the package for the first time.
  2. Shipping Label Visible: The video must clearly show the shipping label on the package before it is opened. This is to verify the package is from us and has not been tampered with.
  3. Defect Visible: The video must clearly show the product defect as it is being unboxed.

You must contact us and provide this video within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you meet these requirements, please email us at [info@masterengraverph.com] with your order number and the unboxing video. We will review it promptly and, if approved, will arrange for a return or replacement.
